Woodrows Bar-B-Que is the result of a lifelong dream coming to fruition for pitmaster, Matthew Piron.  After two decades of slogging through the corporate maze, Matt's entrepreneurial spirit took control and the concept of Woodrow's Bar-B-Que was born.

A New Jersey native & Loyola University Maryland alum, Matthew has called Baltimore home for many years.  With the unwavering support of his wife, children and the family dogs, Matthew intends to provide mouthwatering Texas Style Bar-B-Que to the city of Baltimore for many years to come...


WE PREPARE 100% WOOD FIRED TEXAS STYLE MEATS WITH DELICIOUS SIDES, SERVED FAST AND FRIENDLY.

Our unique smoker produces authentic Texas style Bar-B-Que, using the finest white oak wood.  We never use gas or electric in the smoking process and the meat is hormone and antibiotic free.
